Terms of Service

1. About Gimleng Chat

Gimleng Chat (chat.gimleng.com) is a web chat service with public rooms, private rooms, direct messages, 1-on-1 calls and file sharing. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens on your account.

Usernames can't impersonate others or Gimleng staff. We may change or remove usernames that break these rules.

3. Acceptable use

Don't post or share anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit (especially in public rooms), violent threats, spam, scams, malware, or content you don't have the right to share.

Don't try to break, overload or get around the service's limits and security.

Public rooms can be seen by anyone, including people who aren't signed in, and room pages may appear in search engines.

4. Moderation

Anyone can report rooms and messages. Content reported by 5 or more different people is hidden automatically until an admin reviews it.

Admins may hide or delete content, remove room or profile pictures, and suspend accounts that break these terms.

Edited, unsent and deleted messages and files are kept in an internal archive so admins can review reports and abuse.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to store, show and transmit it as needed to run the service.

Uploaded files are deleted automatically when their chosen storage time (1, 3, 7 or 30 days) ends. We don't promise backups, so keep your own copies.

6. Paid features

Prices are in Thai baht and paid by PromptPay through our payment provider (Omise / Opn Payments).

Paid uploads: allow a larger file or a longer storage time for one upload.

Chat Plus: a 30-day pass. It does not renew automatically; buying again adds 30 more days.

Decorations: shop-only profile frames and name colors, yours for as long as the service runs.

Paid features are delivered right after payment. Because they are digital and delivered immediately, payments are not refundable, except when something you paid for was not delivered or you were charged twice. In that case contact us through Help within 14 days and we will fix or refund it.

If your account is suspended for breaking these terms, unused Plus time and purchases are not refunded.

7. Limits and availability

The service has fair-use limits (for example free file space and upload limits) to keep it running. We may change features and limits.

The service is provided "as is". We try to keep it available and safe but can't guarantee it will always work or be error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost data.

8. Ending

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account through Help. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; we'll show the new date at the top. Continuing to use the service means you accept the update.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
